DISPATCH TIME

We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be dispatched from the next working day.

You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves us.

STANDARD UK DELIVERY

Estimated delivery: 2–4 working days after dispatch
Price: £3.45, or FREE on orders over £40

Delivery times are approximate and may be slightly longer during particularly busy or promotional periods.

EXPRESS UK DELIVERY

Carrier: Royal Mail
Estimated delivery: 1–3 working days after dispatch
Price: £6.99

Express delivery is not a guaranteed next-day service. Orders placed during weekends or bank holidays will be processed from the next working day.

SCOTTISH HIGHLANDS & NORTHERN IRELAND

Orders are sent with Royal Mail. Please allow up to seven working days after dispatch, as delivery to some remote areas may take longer.

The available delivery options and prices will be displayed at checkout.

TRACKING & DELIVERY UPDATES

Your tracking link will be emailed to you after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for Royal Mail to register movement against the tracking number.

ADDRESS ISSUES & MISSED DELIVERIES

Please check your delivery address carefully before completing your order. If you notice a mistake, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has been dispatched, we may be unable to redirect or recover it.

If delivery is missed, Royal Mail will update your tracking with instructions for redelivery or collection.

BANK HOLIDAYS & BUSY PERIODS

Orders are not dispatched during weekends or UK bank holidays. Delivery may take slightly longer during peak periods such as Black Friday and Christmas.

If an unexpected delay affects your order, we’ll contact you as soon as possible. If there is a risk of a significant delay, please contact us to discuss the available options.
