Dispatch time

  • We aim to dispatch within 24 hours (Mon–Fri). Orders placed over weekends/bank holidays ship the next working day.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking as soon as your order leaves us.

UK Mainland — Standard Delivery

  • Carrier: Royal Mail

  • Speed: 2–5 working days

  • Price: £3.95 or FREE on orders £40+

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday.

  • Timeframes are approximate and may be longer during peak or promotional periods.

Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland & Channel Islands

  • Carrier: Royal Mail

  • Speed: up to 7 working days

  • Price: £3.95 or FREE on orders £40+

  • Deliveries occur Monday–Friday.

  • Timeframes are approximate and may be longer during peak or promotional periods.

Tracking & updates

  • Your tracking link will be emailed after dispatch. Please allow up to 24 hours for the carrier to show movement.

Address issues & missed deliveries

  • Please check your shipping address at checkout. We can’t be responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses.

  • If a delivery is missed, Royal Mail will leave a card or update your tracking with re-delivery/collection options.

Bank holidays & peak times

  • Carriers do not deliver on UK bank holidays. During peaks (e.g., Black Friday/Christmas), delivery may take longer.

Providing your ordered items are in stock, our standard delivery for most standard orders within 2 -5 working days. Please note - this excludes weekends and Bank Holidays.

Free 2 - 5 Working Day Delivery is valid on orders over £40. This is subject to change during peak promotional periods.

If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused by the event, but if there is a risk of substantial delay, you may contact us to end the contract and receive a refund for any products you have paid for but not received.

You will be responsible for all loss and damage to the goods after they have been delivered to you.
