Returns

We have a 14-day, no-questions-asked return policy for all of our items. The item has to come back in its original packaging and in the same condition as when we sent it.

Please note that a full refund will not be provided for returned goods that show signs of unreasonable use. Goods must be returned to us within 14 working days of delivery to you or you notifying us of cancellation. Please ensure that the returned parcel is properly sealed.

Please retain your proof of postage in order to provide proof to us that you have returned the goods in the unlikely event that we do not receive the returned parcel. We cannot accept liability for returned goods lost in transit.

  • Simply indicate what you are returning and why you have decided to return it


If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues


Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Cancellations

We allow cancellations of orders that have not yet been shipped, please contact us at info@hom33.co.uk if you wish to cancel your order for a full refund. 

In cases where the order has already been dispatched you will need to return the goods to us in order that we can process a refund. The cost of delivery will not be refunded in this instance.

If you cancel your order but do not return such goods to us within 14 working days of notifying us of cancellation, we shall be entitled to withhold payment of any refund.


Refunds


We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
